The Domain Forums

MLA West Midlands support three single domain bodies: the museums, libraries and archives forums.  The Forums stand autonomously from the agency and a Lead Officer from MLA West Midlands attends these meetings.  Each domain is represented by three members on the MLA West Midlands Board.

The Forums ensure that MLA-West Midlands is in touch with domain priorities and that these influence the business planning process.  They act as a forum for Board members to report back to the wider domain community.  The Forums encourage cross-sector working and the sharing of good practice.
